How do ya do?

What started as a wedding gift, turned into a truly unique new business that I can now happily share with others! Let the Neon Moon be a part of your next special event!


My Name is Steve Salinas and I am the proud owner of the Neon Moon Mobile Saloon. I have worked in the service industry pretty much all my life and have been tending bar for 17 plus years now. Crafting great tasting cocktails for others to enjoy has been a true passion of mine since the day I made my first drink. Since then I have always made a promise to take tremendous pride in drink presentation, great hospitality, and service to others. Customer satisfaction is of great importance to myself and my new business and I will do everything I can to make sure your next event with My Neon Moon is fun, special, and memorable.

What We Do?

Welcome to My Neon Moon Mobile Saloon! She is an old horse trailer converted into a full functional mobile bar. Bring excitement to your next special occasion and let us together, give your guest an unforgettable experience they can share with others. Our goal from the moment we set up, to the time we break down, is for our hosts is to relax and let us take care of what we do best. 


Please Note: My Neon Moon is a "Dry Hire." This means that the host provides the alcohol and we take care of everything else! 


Why book Neon Moon?


Well, other than providing your guest the pleasure of enjoying great tasting drinks served from our beautiful bar, with the Neon Moon, as a host you will never have to ask yourself questions like……Do I have enough cups? Did I buy too much cups? Do I need cranberry juice? How much sweet n sour do I need for margarita's? How much Ice do I need? How many limes do I need for garnishes? What type of simple syrup do I get, etc. etc...? 


Trust me, we know how stressful hosting and event can be. Let us take care of the beverage part so you can focus on other details. Our booking process is easy! Fill out the information at the bottom of the page and tell us a little about your special event. We'll get in contact with a quote as soon as we can!

We are passionate about stunning presentation, beautifully crafted cocktails, and also most importantly, exceptional hospitality. We truly believe in our mission to create an atmosphere that is welcoming, captivating, unique and unforgettable.

Our service MINIMUM is set at $700


WHAT’S ALWAYS INCLUDED:


  • 8 Hours of Service - (5) hours of bar service and (2) Hours of Setup & (1) Hour of Breakdown. 
  • Experienced Bartenders - California RSA Certified 
  • Menu - Custom designed to your event
  • Alcohol Order Support - We'll help try to determine how much alcohol is needed for your menu and guest count
  • Cups, straws
  • Drink garnishes - Lemons, limes, oranges, 
  • cherries, etc. (what is needed for your menu)
  • Drink Mixers - Juices, Sweet N Sour, Lime Juice, coke, sprite, etc.. (also what is needed for your menu plus more..)
  • Ice - (For your menu’s cocktails only)
  • Certified NEXT Insurance
